At a packed pep rally at Mahanoy Area High School in Pennsylvania, senior Keny Cedanio Ramirez was named homecoming king. When he saw his friend and fellow nominee Axton Kuhla, who has Down syndrome, start to cry, he placed his crown and sash on Axton’s head. The video went viral.
