She Just Swam the Entire 900-Mile California Coast, From Oregon to Mexico
Catherine Breed, 33, swam about 900 miles down the whole California coast in 111 days, from the Oregon border to the Mexico border. She fought cold water, sharks, a current running the wrong way and polluted water near the border, then swam ashore at Coronado to cheers.
